Multi-Level Compliance Measurements for Software Process Appraisal
نویسندگان
چکیده
Software process appraisal is to assess whether an implemented software process complies with a process reference model. To conduct the appraisal, the appraisal team will request an organization to provide objective evidence reflecting practice implementation. Then such evidence will be examined, verified, and validated to generate appraisal results. This evidence collection process is done after a process is implemented. To better prepare for software process appraisal, we argued that the compliance of a process can be measured prior to its implementation. In light of that, we proposed multilevel compliance measurements to determine process reference model compliance, in terms of Process Model Readiness Score, Process Enactment Score, and Process Implementation Readiness Score. These measurements help provide an insight analysis of where the problems of practice implementation lie, i.e. at process modeling, at process enactment, or at process implementation. MEASURING SOFTWARE PROCESSES PERFORMANCE BASED ON FUZZY MULTI AGENT MEASUREMENTS
The present article discusses and presents a new and comprehensive approachaimed at measuring the maturity and quality of software processes. This method has beendesigned on the basis of the Software Capability Maturity Model (SW-CMM) and theMulti-level Fuzzy Inference Model and is used as a measurement and analysis tool. Among themost important characteristics of this method one can mention si...
متن کاملTowards the Simulation of a Multi-Level Model of Human Emotions
Recent psychological theories of emotion have explicitly focused on modeling the multiplicity of levels of the human emotion system. This increased interest in creating multi-level theories of emotion matches similar efforts in the area of cognitive architectures. In this paper we report our initial work toward integrating a psychological multi-level model of emotions with Brahms, a multi-agent...
متن کاملAn Investigation into Indices of Professional Ethics for Faculty Members Using FAHP
Background: Every organizational unit requires ethical codes, also known as professional ethics, in compliance with its professional structure. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify and rate the indices of professional ethics for faculty members using the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP). Method: The statistical population of this descriptive-survey study included faculty mem...
متن کاملEMA: A process model of appraisal dynamics
A bst ract A computational model of emotion must explain both the rapid dynamics of some emotional reactions as well as the slower responses that follow deliberation. This is often addressed by positing multiple levels of appraisal processes such as fast pattern directed vs. slower deliberative appraisals. In our view, this confuses appraisal with inference. Rather, we argue for a single and au...

The objective of this study was to assess the level of compliance to quality assurance and image quality standards in computed tomography facilities in Kenyan hospitals. A quality assurance inspection and physical image quality assessment in eighteen representative computed tomography facilities were completed. A quantitative method was developed and used to score the results obtained from the ...
